Practical circular horse riding exercise skirt.
This skirt is reversible so it can be worn as black/navy or as bright yellow. Only the black or navy side is water proof.
Pony length is roughly 32”long from waist to hem.
Full is 40” long waist to hem.
Depending on how you want to wear them a pony could be used on a larger horse.
